
UPDATE:
Two people killed in a weekend crash involving a gas tanker in Decatur County were not wearing their seatbelts.
State Troopers say 40 year-old Maria Corpus was driving her Toyota Corolla west on Woodhull Road around 1pm Saturday, when she failed to yield to a gas tanker which was traveling south on US Highway 27. The car ended up under the tanker.
Corpus and her passenger, 33 year-old Remy Garcia died.
The driver of the tanker was not injured.
The crash is still under investigation.

We now know the names of two people who were killed in a wreck Saturday afternoon in Decatur County.
Georgia State Patrol officials say the driver, 40 year old Maria Corpus and the passenger, 33 year old Remy Garcia, died after their Toyota Corolla somehow got underneath a gas tanker.
Officials say it happened just before one o'clock Saturday afternoon at the intersection of Woodhull Road and Highway 27 South.
Officials have not said how the car ended up underneath the tanker.
