The Dougherty County Grand Jury indicted the Mayor of Poulan and an Albany business owner on drug charges Wednesday.

41-year-old Dustin Grubbs was indicted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

Albany Dougherty Drug agents arrested the Poulan Mayor September 6th with 57 prescription pain pills in a plastic bag.

Bio Buzz owner Stephen Bradford was indicted for possession of synthetic marijuana with intent to distribute.

Drug agents raided the business on October 27, 2011 and seized thousands of packages of spice.

D. A. Greg Edwards says he'll look into whether he should try to have Bio Buzz shut down.
