Information from The Albany Police Department

The Albany Police Department wants to locate Antwan Ronell "Scooter" Lamons so they can serve several warrants on him. These include Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon, and Possession of Firearm during the Commission of a Crime.

APD's Gang Unit says he sometimes hangs around 406 Heard Avenue Apt. A, where a relative lives.

Antwan Ronell Lamons is 24, and his alias is "Scooter" or "Lil G."

Lamons is  5' 7" and weighs 125 pounds.  Anyone who has information regarding Lamons' location, or the shooting incident that occurred in 900 block of Cotton, should call Crime Stoppers at (229) 436-TIPS.

Monday morning, two unknown suspects fired two shots inside the home at 922 Cherry Avenue, and then ran off. Lamons could be one of them.

Officers issued a lookout for a black man wearing a brown hoodie with ATC (white letters), and another black man wearing black and white hoodie and black and white hat,  about 5' 7" in height.
