ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
The 22nd annual Model Train show and Sale is taking place in Albany this weekend.
Train enthusiasts, collectors, and kids are getting an eye full. Vendors came from all over the southeast to south Georgia for the event. But it's about more than selling and collecting, it is the main fundraiser for the Flint River Model Rail Road Club.
"First off, it is about the only place in Albany where you can find train stuff, and we just enjoy it," Jimmy Swann, Show Chairman.
The Flint River Model Rail Road Club annual fundraiser runs through tomorrow at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Gillionville Road.
