ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
Albany's Turner Job Corps is about to reduce student enrollment drastically.
Friday, Department of Labor officials told us in a statement that to save money, the Employment and Training Administration will temporarily reduce the number of student slots at seven job corps centers including Turner.
Turner's enrollment will be reduced from 930 to about 530.
Labor Department officials say they're not sure yet whether the reduction will lead to layoffs.
