ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Atlanta Falcons fans are counting down the hours until the NFC Championship on Sunday.

Bars and restaurants here in south Georgia are expecting bigger than normal crowds Sunday afternoon as the Falcons compete for a chance to play in the Super bowl.

Law enforcers say they'll ramp up patrols after the game to make sure everyone gets home safely.

"Get a designated driver. The consumption of alcohol is fully legal. Have a good time but the main thing is you can not do both of those. If you are going to drink make sure you get a designated driver," says GSP trooper Robert Corbin.

Law enforcers say plan ahead. If you're going to drink, know ahead of time how you'll get home. The game kicks off at three o'clock Sunday afternoon.
