Officials confirm the name of the Vet who committed suicide today in Pelham was Edith Klein.
The owner and lead veterinarian at The Pet Health Care Clinic walked in euthanized her four dogs and two cats and then euthanized herself.
Employees found the bodies in the small clinic off Highway 19 when they came to open up around 8:30 this morning.
That's when deputies with the Mitchell County Sheriff's office responded and started their investigation.
Officials say a motive is not clear at this time however they do believe financial problems with the business could have played a part.
There were no other clinics or animals in the clinic at the time of the incident. All six animals were Klein's.
