ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Albany City commissioners are currently hearing testimony to decide whether to renew the alcohol license for Club Xscape.

Albany Police and the city attorney's office is recommending that commissioners not renew alcohol licenses for five bars in the city because police say they responded to so many calls.

This is the second of five hearings which will last through Wednesday.

The first hearing was held this morning for Charley B's.

Commissioners will vote on each of these establishments at their night meeting on January 22nd.
