Albany High lock down ends

DCSS officials locked down Albany High School because of students fighting on campus, but that status is over now.

The school is under what is called a 'Code Yellow,' with administrators and police checking all traffic at school entrances.

System officials confirm that several units of DCSS Police with assistance from APD are on the scene to maintain order.

Jim Wallace is on the scene and says that eight non students attacked a student on the campus. The student is OK, and talking to police now.

We will have more information later from WALB.
