ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

It was a packed house Sunday afternoon at the Albany Museum of Art as people came to enjoy some of Albany's finest classical music.

The Albany Symphony Orchestra and the art museum created the Jane and Harry Willson Chamber Music series. Sunday's concert was the second of four performances. The show featured an ensemble made up of a violin, clarinet, cello, and piano. The series honors Mrs. Willson and her late husband for their long time support of the arts in Southwest Georgia.

"It seems like such a civilized thing to do on a Sunday afternoon to come out and listen to chamber music here in the art museum and we hope that it will be a continuing program throughout the years. It seems very well received," says Albany Symphony Association president Jim Bullion.

The next concert in the series will be held March 3rd and will feature Robert and Diana Sharpe. Tickets are $20, but there are specials available.
