Woman killed, children hurt in Worth Co. accident

WORTH CO., GA (WALB) -

A woman has been confirmed dead resulting from a car accident in Worth County.  A mother was walking down Red Rock Road with her three children when she was struck by a red Dodge Ram pickup truck. The accident happened around 6:30 Thursday evening. All three children were transported to a hospital with minor injuries.  Georgia State Patrol is investigating. We will have more details as they become available on the web and on air.
