School lock down ends; person identified - WALB.com, Albany News, Weather, Sports

Robert Cross Middle School is now back to normal operations after being locked down this morning.

WALB has learned that a maintenance person entered the school to work on some equipment, and wore a jacket over his uniform.

Another school employee saw him and did not recognize him, and alerted school officials who locked down the school until his identity was verified.

The school is back to normal now.
