Christmas crook steals wreaths from Albany CPA firm

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

An Albany accounting firm wants to find a Grinch who stole Christmas wreaths off their front doors.

She was caught in the act on surveillance video, and Police want your help identifying her.

Take a look at surveillance video from Draffin and Tucker C-P-A on Gillionville Road.

At 7:24 Sunday night  this woman walked up and took two large Christmas wreaths.

A car driving by spooked her.

She put the wreaths down and walked away but soon came back, grabbed them and left.

Company officials can't believe the thief would steal their Christmas decorations.  "It's shocking that someone would take Christmas wreaths during this time of the year," said Draffin & Tucker Managing Partner Jeff Wright. "When it's supposed to be a time of giving. And have something taken."

The wreaths are valued at $150  each.

If you can identify this Christmas crook, call CRIMESTOPPERS at 436-TIPS.

You could earn a reward.
