LOWNDES COUNTY, GA (WALB) -

The Lowndes County Sheriff says the driver of Jeep Grand Cherokee is dead and the three survivors are severely injured after a one vehicle crash Sunday night on I-75 in Lowndes County just north of mile marker 18.

Officials say all four people were ejected from the vehicle.  Three of the passengers were first taken to South Georgia Medical Center in critical condition.

Georgia State Patrol says Jake Daughtery, who was in his early twenties was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee northbound on I-75 when he overcorrected, causing the Jeep to crash into the concrete median.

Daughtery, who's from Adel, was ejected and pronounced dead on the scene.

Officials say the three passengers were also ejected and air-lifted from South Georgia Medical Center to Shands Hospital in Gainesville.

A 20 year old female passenger and an 8 year old female passenger are listed in 'stable' condition.

An  8 year old male passenger listed in 'serious' condition.

All three were flown to the Shands Clinic in Gainesville, FL.

A memorial service for 22-year-old Jake Daughtry is planned for today at 3:00 at Cook County High School.

The Lowndes County Sheriff's Office and GSP are working the crash.
