ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

2013 is right around the corner and for many that means a clean slate.

Americans are figuring out what their New Year's Resolution will be, and many of those resolutions will have to do with getting in shape.

Gyms are gearing up for new members.

Even untraditional gyms like World Camp Crossfit in Albany have seen a spike in memberships.

"I would say the influx for us would be about 10 people, we have sold about 8 gift certificates right now for people that will be starting the first of the year," said Kris Morrill, World Camp Crossfit Owner and Head Coach.

Statistics show that over the years more women make New Year's resolutions than men, but more men are likely to keep them.
