Wrapping for CASA

Many don't look forward to wrapping presents. But paying to get your gifts wrapped can also benefit charities.

CASA or Court Appointed Special Advocates set up shop at the Albany Mall Sunday.

CASA volunteers serve as mentors for children in foster care.

They wrapped gifts for donations and all the money raised will go right back to the community.

"A lot of our children don't have permanent homes, but they want permanent homes but what happens, we will have special gifts for them throughout the year," said Evelyn Moore-Cookley, Program Director

The money will go towards toys used as incentives for foster children and to help train CASA advocates.
