Agents say that police responded to the apartment because of a burglar alarm. Officers found the back door broken open and went inside. That's where they detected a strong odor of marijuana, and saw pot in plain view.More >>
ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
Albany Police are searching for two men who fired shots into a home this afternoon.
The men were driving a dark blue, two door Honda Civic on Andover Lane around 2:30.
They yelled at 24-year-old Desmon Malone and 23-year-old Stacy Malone who were outside their home then fired several shots at the men before speeding away.
No one was hurt but several bullets did go into the home.
