BAINBRIDGE, GA (WALB) -

Bainbridge along with the Decatur County Family Connection held their first Shop With A Cop event Thursday morning at Wal-Mart.

10 underprivileged kids from three different families were paired with a Public Safety Officer to buy Christmas gifts for their family.

After the families finish shopping with the officers, they will go out to lunch.

After lunch the families and the officers will head back to BPS headquarters to wrap the gifts and have cake and ice cream.
