ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

A Dougherty County man is in jail  charged with possession of child pornography.

Dougherty County Police raided 21-year old Christopher Richardson's home on Lilly Pond Road Monday and seized a computer and other electronic equipment.

Investigators say a preliminary check of his computer revealed six images of illegal child porn, nearly 90-pictures of what they call child erotica, and pictures of bestiality.

Forensics experts at the GBI Crime Lab will do a more thorough search of the equipment.

"To see if he was distributing them" , said Dougherty County Police Sgt. Chad Kirkpatrick. "And actually how he received these images. Basically what we were able to do was view the images and see that he had possession of them."

Investigators say Richardson does not have a job.

He's being held without bond.
