ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
A Ford Explorer ended up on its side in the westbound lanes of the Liberty Expressway near the Slappey Boulevard Exit a little before 10:30 Tuesday night. Traffic was blocked for about 30 minutes.
It was raining when police say the driver lost control and hit the concrete barrier on the bridge.
The woman was wearing her seat belt and wasn't hurt.
