ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
The trial for a man accused of shooting at an Albany Police officer has been postponed to the January term of Superior Court.
32-year-old Rolando Frazier was one of seven suspects accused of shooting at Albany Police Officer Dillard Glover as he responded to a 911 call on East Residence Avenue in August of 2011.
Judge Stephen Goss cited scheduling conflicts as the reason.
They missed Glover but his APD cruiser was hit by bullets.
Frazier was the last of the suspects to surrender.
His trial was to begins Tuesday in Dougherty County Superior Court. Frazier remains in the Dougherty County jail.
