Police search for robbery suspect

Albany Police are investigating a robbery at Homerun Foods on Gillionville Road.

Officials say around 10:15 Saturday night, a man standing about 5'5 wearing a hunter green jacket and something white/unknown over his face, walked into the store, jumped over the counter and snatched money from the register.

Authorities say he then ran toward Beattie Road.  No weapon was used and no injuries were reported.

Police are searching nearby apartments.  If anyone sees a suspicious person in that area, they should call 911.
