ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Hundreds of people from across the South are expected in Albany Saturday for the auction of American Idol champion Phillip Phillips' father's business.

Everything in Albany Sporting Goods and Pawn on East Oglethorpe Boulevard will be auctioned off including Phillip Phillips memorabilia.

Dozens of his personal items such as guitars, show tickets and pictures will be available. 

Auctioneer Tony Pearson said he's been contacted by fans of the Leesburg star from across the nation.

Some from other states to come down for various different things in the store. And also some of the memorabilia. All of the memorabilia proceeds will be donated to charity," said Tony Pearson, Auctioneer.

Even the building and business itself will be up for auction. The preview of items starts at 8 a.m. The auction begins at 9.
