TIFTON, GA (WALB) -

A Tifton man remains in the hospital right now after he was shot in the stomach and upper thigh late Wednesday night.

20-year-old Kevin Dumas was transported to a hospital in Macon after he was shot twice in the South Central Trailer Park around 11 p.m.

Dumas was found sitting in a chair outside of Lot 12.

Neighbors say they heard the shots and they're upset this kind of violence is happening in the neighborhood.

"A shooting like that scares me for my kids, I don't want them around a shooting like that, it's scary for everybody," said Pauline Stafford, Neighbor.

No arrests have been made. If you heard or saw anything call the Tifton Police Investigations Unit at 229-382-3132.
