You may feel like you eat too much during the holidays, But many people don't have enough to eat this time of year.
New Macadonia Baptist Church is helping.
Dozens of people lined up outside the church this morning to get bread, vegetables and fruit.
The food was donated by local grocery stores and Second Harvest Food Bank.
Church officials organizing the giveaway are a large undertaking for the church's 150 members but its part of their mission.
"We have a big heart. We might be a small church but we have a big heart and we like to help out people who are in need," said Deaconess Donna McMiller, New Macedonia Baptist Church.
New Macedonia Church holds a food pantry every Monday from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m.
