BERRIEN CO., GA (WALB) -

You can support an organization that helps abused and neglected children if you buy a raffle ticket for a chance to win a custom built playhouse.

Court Appointed Special Advocates trains volunteers to fight for neglected children.

The Alapaha Judicial Circuit CASA is selling $5 raffle tickets.

All proceeds will go toward the more than 100 children in foster care in Berrien, Cook, Lanier, and Atkinson counties.

"Last year from our two playhouses we raised around $6,500, this year we would love if we could double it, so we're really going to dream big," said Elaine Grice, CASA Director.

"We worked for a period of a week to 10 days, 3-4 hours a night, we built it and we're proud of it," said Bo Lovein with the Nashville-Berrien Rotary Club. The organization do anted the playhouse to CASA.

Another playhouse will be raffled off in Lanier County December 6th after the Lanier County Christmas parade.

You can purchase tickets at Farmers and Merchants Bank in Nashville and Lakeland and at Citizens Bank in Nashville.

The Berrien winner will be announced December 7th at the county courthouse.
