ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
Albany police are investigating an aggravated assault that took place during a house party in Southwest Albany early Sunday morning.
Just before 4 a.m. Sunday, a fight broke out at 1500 Gillespie Avenue between several people.
Witnesses and the victim told APD that shots were fired at a blue Chrysler 300.
Two people were inside the vehicle at the time of the shooting, however no one was hurt.
APD took one person in for questioning but no charges have been filed at this time.
