Due to all the discarded food they have to deal with clogged kitchen drains and garbage disposals.
Workers at Roto-Rooter here in Albany say they were kept busy, Friday.
They recommend never pour fats or cooking oils down drains and avoid putting things like skins, celery, fruit and potato peels down the garbage disposal.
