While everyone's out enjoying the holidays, law enforcement officers are keeping an eye on traffic.
There's much more traffic than usual because of Black Friday shoppers and Thanksgiving travelers.
In Moultrie Friday, there was a steady stream of traffic on Veterans Parkway.
Motorists say they'd like to see even more officers patrolling the highway.
"When you get all these people going to their families and stuff, and you get people drinking and then they are out driving, you are going to have fatalities, it is not a good thing, you should really have more officers out right now," said Charles Buchte, Motorist.
The highest number of traffic deaths ever recorded for the Thanksgiving holiday period was 43 in 1969 and the lowest was four in 1949.
