Hundreds of South Georgians were out in Northwest Albany this morning.
People stood in checkout lines for an hour or more to save a little money at the mall.
Every store had several people trying to get those door buster deals. Most people we talked to were glad the stores open earlier this year.
People said shopping gave them away to burn off all those calories from Thanksgiving dinner.
It's not to late to catch a good deal. Several stores will have sales all day today. More than 147 million people are expected to hit the stores nationwide.
