ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

The Dougherty Grand Jury indicted five men on 22 counts involving the August shooting death of a reputed Albany gang leader.

26 year old Danny Wilkerson Junior was indicted for felony murder and aggravated assault. Prosecutors say during gang warfare Wilkerson shot and killed Blood gang leader Dontavious Luke. Prosecutors say he also shot Luke's 28 year old brother Montravious at the Shackleford shopping center.

24 year old Kelvin Drake, Keith Roberson, Manasseh Skinner, and Albert Whitfield were also indicted by the Grand Jury for various aggravated assault, gun, or gang charges in connection with that murder.
