ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
An Albany woman is charged with beating a man in the head with a gun.
38-year old Cabina McCoy was arrested for battery at this apartment in the 700 block of West Whitney Avenue about 2:15 Tuesday morning.
33-year Corey Simmons told police McCoy and a man he didn't know beat him.
Simmons was transported to the hospital for treatment.
Police say they are trying to identify the other man and did not release a motive.
