
Four South Georgia men are indicted on 14 counts of bank fraud and other charges over loans they obtained from two banks.
Brad Heard, Jr., Brad Heard, Sr., Lawton Heard and Craig Howell are named in the indictment by a federal grand jury.
Heard, Jr. is accused of using the other three as straw borrowers, providing false information to get loans for themselves, but then funneling the money to him.
