TIFTON, GA (WALB) -
A business is Tifton is expanding even in this troubled economy. My BFF's closet in downtown Tifton is moving to a new location, in front of Walmart on Highway 82, just in time for the holidays.
It is a consignment shop centered around the idea that many teenagers like borrowing their friends clothing, and business is booming.
"Most kids they want to wear your Abercrombie, Hollister, American Eagle, Polo, and they really can't afford it, especially your college students, and they are coming in consigning and getting the clothing for much cheaper," says Missy Young, My BFF Closet Owner/Operator.
Coach Purses or BCBG boots would sell in her store for about half their retail value.
