ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
After a three day trial, an Albany man is found guilty of using a gun to steal a man's shoes.
James Strum was convicted of armed robbery and aggravated assault Wednesday night by a Dougherty County jury. Prosecutors say in June 2011 at the Cedar Apartments, Strum and two men robbed Lester McBride, taking his shoes and his money.
Strum will be sentenced later, but the minimum sentence he can receive for using a gun during a robbery is ten years in prison.
