They're ready to retire and want to sell the store they've owned for 40 years.

Janie and Bruce Bitterman are selling off their inventory and everything in the store is 20 to 50 percent off.

"We weren't able to cancel fall inventory coming in because it was too late so we are trying to liquidate all our new merchandise you have stuff that just come in everything in the store is on sale even stuff that came in Wednesday," said Bruce Bitterman, Owner of Friedman's Clothing.

Friedman's will run this sale through the end of the year.
