ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
Folks in a northwest Albany apartment complex saw SWAT officers with automatic weapons Monday night.
The Albany Dougherty Metro SWAT team was called to 2401 Nottingham Way to execute a search warrant in a series of entering auto cases.
SWAT agents were on the scene going through the apartment at Nottingham North until 11 p.m., where we learned earlier they collected weapons and stolen items from those vehicles.
One person was taken into custody, but no one has been charged in this case.
