THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) -
Two of the four suspects accused in the murder of South Carolina Army Veteran Hassan Williams in Thomasville can get out on bond, if they can raise it.
Suspects Chaquel Cook and Kimberly Williams petitioned for a bond to the Thomas County Superior Court because they were incarcerated for more than 90 days without an indictment. The four suspects will be considered for indictment in February
Williams was found shot to death behind a home on Metcalf Ave in July. We now know he was shot twice in the back.
The victim and suspect Kiera Graham were stationed together at Fort Jackson, S.C.
Investigators believe Williams was shot just 45 minutes before he was found by investigators that morning, but it is still undetermined if he was shot and then moved to behind the scene, or killed on the scene.
All four suspects remain the Thomas County Jail, but bond was set for Cook at $1 million and for Williams at $500,000.
