Two Albany men are indicted for rape.
One is charged with raping a 14-year old girl when she mistakenly came into his home.
Peacory Mathis was indicted for rape, aggravated sexual battery, child molestation, and a gun violation.
Prosecutors say on August 1st he raped a girl he convinced to come into his home.
Dougherty District Attorney Greg Edwards said "She was exposed to him by a mistake on her part thinking that she was trying to make contact with a relative."
The Grand Jury also indicted Leroy Taylor, Junior on rape, aggravated assault, and weapon charges.
Prosecutors say on May 11th he broke into his estranged girlfriend's home, aped and beat her, shot her with a B-B gun and stabbed her in the neck with a knife.
