ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Albany Police catch a gas thief red-handed, carrying two cans of gasoline out of a downtown area business.

Officers saw 55 year old Kenneth Little walking out of the U-Haul Parking lot in the 800 block of West Oglethorpe about 10:30 Tuesday night with those gas cans.

They found gas had been siphoned from two trucks.

Little, who is homeless, is charged with theft by taking.
