All 12 Lowndes County precincts have been busy Tuesday.
Voters there are choosing a sheriff and deciding whether to extend a local option sales tax.
The largest precinct at Trinity Church has had a constant flow of voters throughout the day.
Election workers say no one has had to wait more than a few minutes to cast their ballot.
Workers at the board of elections office say they've been busy answering phone calls from people trying to find their designated precinct.
And steady voter turnout is reported in Colquitt County where there is a sheriff's race and a county commission race on the ballot.
The precinct at Meredith Gym where there was good turnout Tuesday.
