San Francisco Giants catcher Buster Posey picked up his second National League Comeback Player of the Year Award.
Posey was voted the National League Player of the Year in the Major League Baseball Players Choice Awards that were presented Monday on the MLB Network.

The Lee County native is considered a leading contender for the Baseball Beat Writers Association National League Most Valuable Player Award next week.
The players picked Pittsburgh outfielder Andrew McCutchen as the Outstanding Player in the National League.
The players also selected retiring Atlanta Braves third baseman Chipper Jones as the man of the year.
Braves centerfielder Michael Bourn, now a free agent, was selected the National League's Defensive Player of the Year by Wilson.
