ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

We are only one day away from choosing the next president of the United States. As you head to the polls tomorrow, you will need a government issued picture ID.

The state's Voter ID Law has been up held and is in effect. There are several forms of acceptable ID.

The most common is a Georgia driver's license. Poll workers will even accept an expired Georgia driver's license. Any other photo ID issued by state or the federal government will work.

A valid U.S. Passport, Military ID or a tribal photo are acceptable forms of identification.

Check with your county registrar's office to see if a free voter ID card is still available.

The voting polls will open tomorrow from 7am until 7pm.
