TIFTON, GA (WALB) -

A South Georgia bride and her bridesmaids are getting some national attention.

26-year-old Sarah Tucker will be featured on TLC's Say Yes to the Dress, Bridesmaids Friday night.

The 5th grade teacher at Matt Wilson Elementary School got engaged in April to 25-year-old Lawson Swan.

They grew up together and graduated from Tift County High School in 2005.

Tucker and 8 of her ten bridesmaids traveled to Bridals by Lori in Atlanta to be on the show.

The dresses that will be featured on the show tonight aren't actually the dresses she ended up choosing for her wedding.

"The dresses that I chose for my bridesmaids are a light baby pink, and the episode tonight is entitled pink, pink, pink, so we kept along with our theme, and they are sweet heart necklines, and they come right above the knee, and they have a huge bow in the back," said Sarah Tucker, 5th Grade Teacher.

The dress she ended up saying yes to for her bridesmaids, came from Uniquely Yours in Tifton.

However, she did pick her dress from Bridals by Lori.

TLC's Say Yes to the Dress: Bridesmaids will air Friday night at 9 p.m. on TLC.
