ALBANY, GA (WALB) -
Police say that two men threatened an Albany man to keep him from testifying in a court case.
Warrants for Aggravated Assault and Influencing a Witness were taken against 21-year-old Christopher Gernard Davis and 25-year-old Booker Terrell Sims.
The men saw their pictures on TV, and turned themselves in to the Albany Police Department late Tuesday night.
Albany Police say that on October 25, 2012, two armed suspects threatened to harm the victim, Cornelius Evans if he testified against Davis' brother, Malcolm Davis, in an Aggravated Assault case.
That case is expected to go to trial next month.
Davis and Sims were taken to the Dougherty County jail.
