The Dougherty County school system is holding a bullying prevention summit for parents.
The annual summit, which is scheduled for Wednesday, will include presentations from students throughout the school system.
School officials hope this program will help parents understand and identify bullying.
"It's a concern for all parents, it's a concern for school administrators and we want to make sure we can minimize it's impact on Dougherty County School system," said R.D. Harter, the spokesperson for Dougherty County Schools.
The summit will run from 10am until noon at the Isabella Complex on Cason Street.
