Sandy's damage requires help from GA

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Georgia Power has sent 20 trucks and 26 people from South Georgia to stage in North Carolina to prepare to help in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.

The Red Cross is also responding with equipment and personnel to Virginia.
