Power has just been turned back on in East Albany. Crews worked for over an hour to fix it..
It's the second time those customers have been without power this morning. Crews are blaming high winds as part of the cause for the outage.
The power first went out shortly after 1am, because of a burnt jumper wire. Crews had everything back on by 2am.
The power went out for a second time in the same area of Thornton and Oglethorpe around 4 am. The power was restore shortly before 6am and the reason for that outage was a burnt insulator
Albany Police were called out to direct traffic at the intersection of Thornton and Oglethorpe.
