ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

An Albany man charged with robbing and shooting a transvestite was exonerated after the Dougherty County jury deliberated for 75 minutes.

Brian White was charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault.

Prosecutors said in September 2010, White and two other men robbed 19-year-old Eric Hayes and two other men dressed as women on the corner of West Highland Avenue and South McKinley Street.
