THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) -
Thomas County Narcotics agents are searching for 46-year-old Marion Simon.
Simon has been indicted by a federal grand jury on two counts: possession with intent to distribute cocaine base and possession with intent to distribute cocaine.
Simon was arrested Oct. 27, 2011, and released two weeks later on a $150,000 bond.
Thomas County narcotics agents presented evidence to grand jurors in Macon that resulted in the two-count indictment.
Agents got close to Simon several times, but he managed to get away each time.
